Leftover tuna from my salads nicoise and leftover cabbage from my chicken noodle soup go into this super yummy salad!

Dressing:
– sesame seeds, toasted
– rice vinegar
– sesame oil
– canola oil
– soy sauce
– hoisin sauce

It’s salad season!
Mmmm ahi tuna was on sale, so it cost about $20 for 3 portions! Not bad!

Also, I somehow was able to make this entire salad in 30 minutes. I used all four burners at the same time, oops…

Cara cara oranges are sweet and low in acid. The flavor is more complex than other navel varieties and can be described as having notes of cherry, rose petal, and blackberry. They are also more pink in color.
