What is this?

We, Wyatt and Lara, have decided that 2012 is the year to go to Iceland. We've decided to save up by cooking on a budget instead of eating out! This blog shall chronicle the process in which we “cook” our way there as well as show fun facts about our destination!

Woohoo!

Thanks to everyone for keeping up with our cooking! It’s finally happening! We are going to Iceland tomorrow and hopefully we’ll be wearing these snazzy Icelandic sweaters when we get back!
